SYNLawn’s exclusive EnviroLoc™ Backing System is an environmentally-friendly, multi-layer component system that “locks” in durable turf fibers, thereby, extending the product’s life cycle. Made in the USA, the EnviroLoc™ Backing System replaces a large portion of petroleum-based polymers (up to 60%) with bio-based polymers created from sustainable resources including soybean oil.

YOUR INSTALLATION INVOLVES A
6-STEP PROCESS
1. Remove Old Lawn
Removal of old grass/soil. Level and grade.
2. Cap Irrigation
Cap existing irrigation heads as needed in new synthetic turf area.
3. Install and Compact
Install the Class 2 Road Base. Compact to 90%.
4. Turf installation
Cut, fasten and seam turf to compacted base.
5. Infill Application
Install the infill product with a drop spreader over the newly installed synthetic turf.
6. Groom
Power Broom and groom the entire new synthetic turf area.
